Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wish me with a gift (the “Service”). By creating an account, continuing as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Wish me with a gift lets you create and share gift wishlists, host events and collect RSVPs, and let others reserve gifts or contribute toward group gifts. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts and guests

You can use parts of the Service as a guest without registering. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the wishlists, events, images and other content you add. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it to the people you share it with.

4. Group gifts and contributions

Group-gift contributions currently record an intention to contribute (a pledge). The Service does not process card payments or move money at this time. Any actual payment between you and another person is arranged solely between you, and we are not a party to it. If paid contributions are introduced, additional terms will apply.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content created by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the changes. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
